This is a long one folks... should answer most of our questions.
The "Twilight Window" and the "End is Nigh" deadline represent the final legal threshold for LumiraDx Limited to transition from a dissolved state to a functional successor via ElectraDx. To the community following the LumiraDx (LMDXF) restructuring: The legal and financial "smoke" is finally clearing, revealing a surgical "reboot" orchestrated by Ron Zwanziger. Here is the bull case for the ElectraDx play.
By late 2024, the senior secured lenders, BioPharma Credit PLC (BPCR) and its private partner, successfully recovered 96.1% of their $206M investment through a $351.1M asset sale to Roche. This included a $288.4M purchase price for the Poi...

TheFireStarter : Hey! I will look into it. No new information atm. Sorry, been busy. Looks as if something is going on though. Hope it benifits all the longs.
I am seeing all the old comments on the LMDX ticker. On Lmdx.OLD I am only seeing new comments.
TheFireStarter : Im still looking into it, and tbh idk what to think at this moment.
Here is a possible scenario.
Even though your brokerage account currently shows 0 shares and $0 value for LMDXF.OLD, it could potentially serve as evidence that you once held LumiraDx shares. If an ongoing "successor liability litigation" succeeds in convincing a court that ElectraDx is a “mere continuation” of LumiraDx, then your LMDXF.OLD position might be used to determine a proportional allocation of new ElectraDx shares. In this scenario, the .OLD line would act as a claim ticket, documenting your historical ownership and possibly giving you a chance to participate in any equity-based restitution, even though nothing of this sort has been finalized or guaranteed.
I cannot say this is what is occuring.

TheFireStarter M3LANI3 OP : Been real busy... I will dig a little this weekend. ( a lot of conflicting information out there.) When this is all done and said, it will be interesting to say the least as to the final outcome. I am wondering if a lawsuit has been in progress for some time.![undefined [undefined]](https://static.moomoo.com/nnq/emoji/static/image/default/default-black.png?imageMogr2/thumbnail/36x36)

TheFireStarter M3LANI3 OP : Here is something interesting, cannot say for sure if its occuring with Lumiradx Limited right now.
Cayman Islands Rule 7A, formally added to Order 24 of the Grand Court Rules in March 2026, is a powerful legal mechanism that allows potential claimants to seek pre-action discovery from parties who are likely to be defendants in a future case, even before any formal litigation is filed. Essentially, it empowers shareholders, creditors, or other interested parties to compel the production of documents, records, or other evidence that would normally be shielded behind NDAs, redactions, or corporate secrecy.
The rule applies to individuals, corporate entities, and administrators who may hold critical information, and it is particularly significant in insolvency, restructuring, and complex shareholder disputes. By enabling disclosure before formal proceedings, Rule 7A allows claimants to assess the strength of their potential claims, identify hidden contractual obligations, uncover milestone or successor clauses, and preserve evidence for eventual enforcement.
In practice, this means that documents previously redacted in reports such as the FTI Consulting and CMA analyses, including milestone-linked payouts or Successor-in-Interest triggers tied to LumiraDx, can now potentially be unsealed, giving shareholders a first-ever legal tool to pierce the NDAs and access critical information that has been strategically withheld, dramatically altering the leverage landscape in favor of claimants.
Again, not sure if this is occuring at this time, but inferesting new rule in Cayman Law. Could for sure shed light on all this redactions. Speaking of which.... if a fire sale occured, why bother with all the redactions!? I will keep looking into all this, sorry I been so busy. Love digging with this stock, I learn something new almost everytime I do, and enjoy sharing information and potential scenarios.
