In accordance with the plan, I have made an investment of 1 million USD in pure option premiums, allocating positions as follows: 75% in Robinhood and 25% in Tesla, with targets being three-year out-of-the-money 20% call options.
This transaction can be understood as follows:
1. A scenario of total loss.By December 17, 2027, if Robinhood is below 130 or Tesla is below 380, the investment of one million dollars will be completely lost.
2. Partial loss scenarioAt expiration, if Robinhood is between 130 and 166, or Tesla is between 380 and 488, there will be partial losses.
3. Victory scenarioOnly when Robinhood exceeds 166 or Tesla exceeds 488 does it begin to turn a profit.
