you are correct  on the pink slip. but here. Come the legal issue.   there was money exchange.  if the stock was dead.  roche cant buy a dead stock.  there's no gain from that. unless all there productos.  are sight to them all there equipment and exc.  but the key is.  there was millions of shares with a price tag on it. Now the next step that is the Qustion?
