stargazer99 : too many of us treat Reits like growth stocks and expect them to fly. they are only worth as much as the properties they buy/manage so its hard for them to grow as well as growth companies. i think expectations are still that interest rates will go lower before settling at 2 point something percent for a while so prognosis for Reits is not bad, esp those with USD denominated loans that are due in 2026 n beyond or can be refinanced. more people shld be ldrawn to the 5% to 6% yield some S-Reits are offering as risk free rate continues to go down

stargazer99 OP : people like me contribute to the strong resistance to the stock going up above 54 cents for now. i am buying in again soon as i think there can be a small rerating when the occupancy of the centre being refurbed is settled. but it means having to hold it till then. or wait until then to buy if i dont have the patience to hold
