Sprockett : If I may offer a suggestion to help combat the buy high conundrum.
I pay homage to a Warren Buffet quote and it has helped me to be on the low side of purchases. "when the greedy get fearful, get greedy" this has helped me.
I keep a decent amount of capital available to take advantage of these swoons, or knee jerks that occur. You don't need to wait for an overall market decline either it happens in sectors all the time. Hopefully that helps you, it has me.

Sprockett : I always go to the fundamentals of a company as that speaks to me, Cheap is relative, how to balance that. If the price of the stock is cheap or does it have value. Value and for me cheap means the fundamentals are Rock solid and the stock price is low enough I can buy a few hundred to a few thousand shares.

Sprockett : It matters not what they say about you just as long as they're talking about you

Sprockett RyJTelecom: I have seen reverse splits work out. However if the sole reason is to raise the stock price and there is no substance to back it up then expect the stock to continue a decline. SNDL has increased their revenue stream and it just happens to be a mature company they purchased so it is consistant cash flow accretive to the bottom line. The cautious part of this tail will be their next conference. I will be on that call. The company needs to report solid earnings and be executing on their plan they have no margin for error. This is make or break time. It is like Amazon back in the day, if Sundial meets or beats on that call we all just may be on the winning side. Honestly everyone this is where the reward surpasses the risk itvus a time for conviction. Remember the montra, if the fundamentals or good and your risk tolerance has not changed then you know what to do. Personally, I am long on this stock, am I cautious going forward, damn right I am. However, my tolerance levels are still in place and the companies fundamentals have improved. I am on that next earnings call, and will be looking for a solid report, it must be, they have no room for error. I believe in SNDL, they have done one hell of a job over the past 12 months. I say to management, keep up the amazing job. focus on integration and cost reductions.

SprockettOP : always good for consolidating and bulking up on your positions. I have amassed quite the Holdings in this and a couple others. I ain't rich but hoping their management pulls through, they look like they can.

SprockettOP : That would be stunning if our legislators would actually listen to us. A large number of people would be propelled up the ladder to financial independence. I certainly hope that all my followers did not give up on this sector and instead have been cost averaging on the downside, and you should be realizing a decent return and a shrinking of your losses. Again to reiterate from the past, if the fundamentals 7are in tact, the company isn't going broke and your reasons for buying the company are still relevant, then buy, buy, buy as the stock price sinks. This is cost averaging, driving down your average share price.
