Simple Guy OP Aurum Keeper : In terms of share pricing and business differentiating, moat is important. I will not be so extreme like you to say all, but in general company with weaker moat do perform weaker than those with strong moat.
And moat is important if you want to how for long term. otherwise for trading, it doesn't really matter.

the reit will be suited for longer term prospects. the investment company maybe for trading. I recall there were guys that forewarn us in earlier chat that the behaviour are similar to LHN. seems quite true.
