After doing some analysis, I realised this company has no moat. Dorm is an easy entry asset as compared to development type.
There are also many contractors who are building their own dormitories so as not to pay money unnecessary fee for accommodation. Many government projects also support the housing of temporary dormitory on site.
If you do a simple google search, you can find other major players like Vobis or TS.
I just sold all my holdings to stop the ble...
