$Allarity Therapeutics (ALLR.US)$ They will dillute to the very last penny of that 30M offering and after that they will heavily rely on a major MAJOR news catalyst to get it above a dollar. There will be no buyout for anything they have, those deep in red like me HOPES it will happen but it won't. Either this goes up gradually after the offering on news or the next news will be for a RS because the price will be at .40s or lower when its all done.
