$Tilray Brands(TLRY.US)$ said that “investors” voted to increase the number of shares available by 250 million. Im going to say that retail investors vote counted for very little of that vote. Instead im going to say it was the directors and CEO making their class B RSU shares activated so they could vote to pass. And since they have worked so hard at taking the investors money, they all received 6.677 million dollars worth of shares that will also come from the investors pocket when they start selling them. So Good Job Tilray at making your stock even more worthless! ...

If you ever want to know what kind of management is running a company you want to invest in then check their SEC filings. Im invested in $Tilray Brands(TLRY.US)$ and they are wanting the investors to vote to grant them more shares to sell for “acquisitions.” Which is a little disrespectful to the investor after already granting them 700million shares and they havent made a profit or got the share price back up to what it IPO’d at. Another reason would be for the fact that they gave their CEOs and officers 100 million shares or about 1.5 billion dollars and dont forget the fact that they havent made a profit ever which should be a no brainer on giving out bonuses. But they do because what do they care its not their money but they still will have the balls to keep asking investors to keep voting for them. The share price would be around 30.00 right now if they werent giving out checks like its christmas every 2-3 months. The CEO for Tilray was paid in shares from January 2020, during covid and lockdowns when their business was struggling, to May 2021 150million dollars.
