$Opendoor Technologies (OPEN.US)$ The activation condition for the three tranches of free warrants is when the stock price reaches 120% of the 20-day average price. Therefore, if institutions want to release and monetize the first tranche of warrants, the exercise price of the first tranche at RMB 9 must maintain the stock price above RMB 10.8 for at least 20 trading days over the next 30 days. Otherwise, no one will get any money. Hence, I said the first target should be at least RMB 11. Normally, institutions are always greedy, so they will not give up the warrants at RMB 17. For example, Jane Street has 48 million shares, which entitles them to 4.8 million warrants, and Goldman Sachs has 38 million shares, which gives them 3.8 million warrants. To obtain all the warrants, the stock price must exceed RMB 20.4 for 20 consecutive days. They will definitely take advantage of some positive news on a certain day to significantly drive up the stock price. This day will not be far off, possibly within one or two weeks, or in January next year. On the 18th, they just received additional shares along with 18 million warrants. Therefore, the main event will start after the 18th.
