$Trident Digital Tech (TDTH.US)$ Float Mkt Cap dropped to 3.81m from 5.91m these few days, is that abnormal? Is that short squeeze is building up ?  Can the expert give an explanation?

After dropping 60+% until  the then 52wks low (0.51), the stock daily drop about 10% till now and Floating Mkt Capital dropped from 5.9m to now 4.67m, the announced buy back is 1 million share. Can any one explain that? Thanks
