rehabrashwan : Pull back is normal and healthy for the market, we need volatility to make money. Pull back is part of the market and price action dynamics. After price rises you will find people sell, short sell, options trades and excursions, institutions actions, insiders sell. As long as the general trend is up then it’s ok. Also this kind of stocks are volatile that’s why it’s good opportunity for day trading and swing trading.

rehabrashwan OP 104472965 : Actually this one is Equity Unit trust or mutual fund. I prefer ETF to avoid such problem. But this one, moomoo put it here with the money market funds which works differently and that confused people with the money market fund and subscribed based on that then they got trapped in unit trust and now you need to hold long term and depend on your luck with the NAV on the day you decide to redeem.

rehabrashwan OP 105724326 : Yea true it’s normal procedures and yes its different from ETF, that’s what i said already. The problem is that moomoo put it with money market funds and this makes some people think it’s same where it’s not. equity mutual fund works different from market money fund as the interest rate in MMF is quite fixed and the NAV change doesn’t really make different. But EMF is different and NAV makes a lot of different, hence it’s a challenge to make money out of it in the short term time.

If i redeem today before 12 pm it will be based on 28 Aug NAV and if I redeem today after 12 pm it will be based on 29 Aug NAV and i don’t know either, all what i know is yesterday NAV (27 Aug), doesn’t matter if i get it early today through Fidelity fund or later this evening through UOB fund, either ways it will be yesterday NAV and my today redeem will be based on unknown NAV unfortunately!

rehabrashwan OP obakaobaka : Yes i understand, that’s why i said ETFs are better and mutual funds are good for long term investment only, i don’t think it works well for short term investment or swing trading, quite risky.

rehabrashwan : I think the earning loss and the insiders selling news are affecting the stock price action negatively, if the price hit $13.3, we might expect a reverse.

rehabrashwan 103942815 OP : Buy more when it’s low in order to lower your average cost. I think $17 is quite high and with the stock current performance it’s difficult to predict when it will go up again. Everything is possible in the financial market, we hope for the best but better to lower your average as much as you can so you can exit with profit as soon as possible. Also note that the entire market is slow in August and expected to be even slower in September, also remember that all are waiting for the rate cut decision in September, be cautious and don’t trade aggressively during such market condition. Also use the suport and resistance levels and the indicators on daily chart in order to know the right entry and exit points. Trading with no knowledge and skills is gambling and very dangerous. rehabrashwan HBHD OP : I’m not subscribed to motley fool btw, it’s just you sounded like you have solid fundamental information makes you believe this stock very good opportunity to invest in , so I wanted to know from you about your insights. Based on my own researchs I found the stock currently is too risky for long term investment but good for swing trading with caution and good technical analysis skills. May this change anytime in the near future, I’m watching the stock closely and hunt the swing trading opportunities whenever they are available.
