• razo2 怪人快攻 : what are you talking about? do you know china had been dumping bonds like no tomorrow. you don't dump treasuries. bond is an IOU to the government, treasury pays the bond holders money. get that term correct.
  dumping US bonds means the market will be flooded with US bonds (aka higher yield = bad for market because your car & house loans interest will increase, your credit card interest will go to the moon). people fly to china and Swiss bonds for a reason, what is the point of buying a bond when the interest rates keep going up? people will ask two questions; can you pay off these debts or default? what is the point I buy a bond at 3% when now it is paying me at 5% (aka your 3% bond value drops significantly)

• razo2 : it basically shows weakness to the market due to the high interest rates. the bond market is fed up with Trump and dumping the long term bonds to tell Trump to get a correction in the market and stop telling lies.  the reason why the China market is fearful is because of the US bonds market. in case you don't know this month EU have to return all Russian bond + interest back to Russia. while in June and July US have to renew their bonds with a higher interest rates.

• razo2 怪人快攻 : my god. you do know Russian bonds have to be returned back no matter what right? they can say they freeze their mother for all they care for whatever reason.  EU cannot use the interest from Russia bonds.
  It is like you go to a bank you deposited FD, then you for some reason you go rape people daughter. the FD still belong to you + interest. as long you are not charged with fraud and bribery the government have no rights to take your FD and money.  so based on your logic, the government can use your FD interest to fund the victims lawyers to sue you ah? the law doesn't work that way, Putin is a lawyer by the way.
  when Russian wins the war it gets more interesting because someone have to pay for those damages.
  also you think china only holds US bonds and nothing else with the US housing debt sector? might want to check your numbers again. are you telling me US owns 30 trillion as of today and china only holds 1.3 trillion of US bonds only?
  alot of countries are dumping US bonds. the only reason why you see the US yield holding is because of Japan which is suffering epic hyperinflation buying US long term bonds.
  yes, no denial USD drops the rest of the currency goes up. but a hyperinflation USD will cause hyperinflation to everyone else because most contracts are dealt in USD. so indirectly everyone is paying for US debts via inflation.
  are you aware china had always been pegged to gold from the start. USD is no longer using the gold standard since 1970. again read about what I said about the 3% bond yields versus the 5% bond yield. second, do the numbers what is US debts versus their GDP. if you get in debt equal to your pay, I want to see how you survive.
