Nick Sabella : yeah, they told me to call customer service as well. I was like, isn't this customer service? I clicked the f****** customer service button so who the hell are you? I literally have $4 in my account now and it's showing negative 793 from the 200% I was up on this stock. The thing I like about public that I don't think many people realize is there's no day trading regulations. I bought and sold HKD 12 times within 4 hours on public. I bought and every time it would shoot up and get halted I would wait until the halt released, watch it shoot up another 40 bucks then sell, wait till it went down and bought again and repeated over and over.. 500% gain in 2 hours.

Nick Sabella : I mean, if you don't have a full share they are supposed to pull you out of your position and credit your account the money you made. now I'm wondering, if I do get my money are they going to give me what the stock was worth when the split occurred or are they going to give me what it's worth now which is s***. I bought in at 23 cents and it went up to what? 56 or something like that? I hope they give me the money I made and not whatever the hell it's worth now because I will be severely pissed to the point where they are going to hear about it everyday for a year straight or at least until I get the actual funds I earned

Nick Sabella : okay I did a lot of reading and I've got it figured out. it actually works out in our favor even though it could take 2 to 3 weeks for the funds to show up in our accounts. through their SEC filing, it says any fractional shares won't be issued, therefore they will be rounded up to the next full share. it says if you are using an online broker you do not need to take any action. basically even though we didn't have enough shares to equal one full share after the split, it's getting rounded up to a full share and we will receive payment for it in a time frame of usually up to 2 to 3 weeks. I'm not sure what amount we are getting paid. technically the split began at 4:00 p.m. the previous trading day, so even though each share was still around 36 cents at that time and went up to 50 something in after hours, I'm not sure if we get paid for our after hours gain since the split technically began at 4:00 p.m.. do you understand what I mean? so we will receive our money back in the form of a credit to our account, and the value should be equal to what a full share would have been worth either at the time of close, or at the end of extended hours. hopefully it's the last one because I made most of my money in the post market.
