Navkgp OP Naj : Just posted my thoughts, in future this stock will hit sure for 10! Mostly during quatum leap time now not sure! Premarket is positive but the other signs are not so well!!
There are again some unusual activities and many calls where executed on last friday which must have been alloted to the buyers!!  when it pumped but the the price dropped suddenly. Today they will be sold so may be this premarket pump is to keep the price high and later once sell executed the price can go down also! Or if bulls maintain the buy presssure then they can move it up also!

Navkgp 152265327 OP : It was supposed to move up but after the shares sell news it started going down! Its not a negative news but see how the people will take it!  Since overall market will be red from 26th  Mar to 29th Mar so this will also be affected!
So now I think it will go down may be to 7.12  may be in some time then during Quatum leap again move up!! Or if people didn’t take this as negative then may be we can some up till 26th then move down again and move up during quantum leap!!

The price Lincoln Park pays for these shares will be based on the lower of either the lowest trading price that day or the average of the three lowest closing prices over the past 10 days.
Right now, D-Wave has about $37.8 million left that it can still raise through this agreement. However, there are some restrictions—D-Wave cannot sell shares if its stock price drops below $1.00 or if selling more shares would give Lincoln Park more than 9.9% ownership of the company. D-Wave plans to use the money from these sales for general business needs like operations, investments, paying off debt, and possibly buying other companies.
