I have traded DGNX from the begining, made a lot of money on them but also lost a lot of money when they took a dive from 10 dollars to .40 cents... with that being said I know a lot about the company.
a. the reverse stock split by 8 will reduce their shares back to the original 6m float. they split the stock a few months ago to make it cheaper.... so I don't know if it's really a reverse stock split now ... they did it by choice

there are currently a total of 600k shares for the entire company including insiders.
so they had 5m in cash + the planes must be worth something. so let's say 7m total. 7m divided by 600k shares is 11.6 per share. so now you can buy them for half price ?? am I correct ?
