$CrowdStrike(CRWD.US$ This is really understating how bad it was. There are two giant issues that came out of this incident that I think will permanently and severely harm the company:
1. The outage was enormous in scale and harmed customers' physical machines. Even after crowdstrike "fixed" the issue their customers were still spending hours or even days to recover. This is REALLY bad for software that's supposed to protect your IT infrastructure, not destroy it. Their customers also include ...

I know Crowdstrike is like catching a falling knife right now. Since last week the stock has dropped 18% to $254. Not a major sale but at a certain point the stock becomes attractive again.
My main question is when is a good time to start building a small position? What are some red and yellow flags to look out for?
The obvious ones are potential lawsuits/liabilities from F500 companies. Which is very hard to price. So I do see the st...

$Palantir(PLTR.US$ Palantir is projecting $650M in revenues for Q2. The $480M Maven contract we got last month had an upfront guarantee of $150M.
Now, if that $150M is recognized in this year alone, it will add $50M of top line growth to each quarter IF Palantir did not already give guidance assuming they would win the contract.
That would give us $700M in revenue for Q2, growing 31% YOY.
However, if they choose to recognize that upfront $150M over the course of 5 years, then that means we ...
