vested quite an amount in this counter avPr is 1.96
I'm glad to collect more than 6% of dividend while waiting for capital gain. waiting for it to crash and collect at discounted price
this counter is still consolidating between 2 to 2.10 ....need more catalyst or good news to push the price up

remember that stock markets are forward looking.
DPU stabilizing , debts go down, those divestment asset will need to be used to purchase other DPU accretive asset which eventually can increase dividend
interest rate coming down which reduces expenses and in turn could result in higher distribution income to shareholder
if DPU is stabilizing and next year could be an increase of DPU, it could be a turning point for the stock
