I was able to capture about a 20% gain during the February rebound, even with Trump's tariffs in play.
Such movements often represent short-term momentum rather than sustained trends.
Capital will flow somewhere, and the fewer buying options there are,the more it concentrates into a small number of stocks, which may superficially appear to be gaining momentum.However, when looking at the difference between the number of new 52-week high stocks and new 52-week low stocks, it has remained consistently negative.
There is a shift occurring from overvalued stocks to reasonably priced ones with moderate growth potential, and in that sense,
I view the concentration in LITE as part of this trend, but isn't the chart abnormal? It appears as though it's forming a chart that signals an exhaustion move.
This kind of situation is simply not sustainable.
