According to Al Arabiya TV, the latest Iranian proposal shows that Iran hopes to reach a long, multi-phase ceasefire agreement. Iran requests the gradual and secure opening of the Strait of Hormuz. Iran agrees to a long-term freeze of its nuclear program, rather than complete dismantlement. Iran can unconditionally transfer enriched uranium to Russia instead of the United States.
