$SpaceX (SPCX.US)$ $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ Terrible fundamentals aside, I can’t imagine the pandemonium for when Musk (likely) announces his intent for SpaceX to acquire Tesla. Musk’s core business has always been about selling fantasies. He has been overpromising and underdelivering for the past decade with missed Tesla deliveries, failing to achieve Robotaxi FSD, missed Optimus productions… the list goes on. but guess what, the market doesn’t really care, and Musk knows that.

$SpaceX (SPCX.US)$ One thing I don't understand is this: if SpaceX is overpriced, why did ARK Invest buy more shares at around $145–148? After buying, they just let the price fall to $135 or even lower. Why didn't they wait for the price to drop to $135 or below before buying?
