spy put played nicely but not enough momentum go push lower, just playing around now.

nothing burger of a day. bipolar and no real direction. must be cause we're getting closer to the holidays.
I am one trade away from BE. its hard to gasp slightly but I have to keep a level head in order to stay in the long run. this month is not easy. overall my strategy his not brought consistency nor results. some adjustments must be made. a new year is upon us. its a great time to reflect and acknowledge the year and it's ups and downs.

shorts were the move overall. long term wise im slowing reajusting my strategy as its become quite inconsistent. going to lower size and exit quicker

JJDTrader OP : Amd PMHR. I did not respect my rules and did not close position dude to small size. sold at a small loss
pltr PDHR failed properly. my entry was terrible and held on to long. this month is not sustainable. going to have to reevaluate my trading strategy.  my psychology is being messed with heavily. need to go back to the drawing board or readjust my exits and entries.

failed evidently.
2nd account i had a put which was a gain, but this pltr trade took all gains today.
loss overall. non ideal trades today.

appl rejected level.
fomc today. we'll see how it shapes these last 2 days.
