On 22 Dec 2022, AMC announced APE-to-AMC conversion that would require shareholder approval.
So, what is APE-to-AMC conversion? It is where shareholder exchanges $AMC Preferred Equity Unit(APE.US)$ units for $AMC Entertainment(AMC.US)$ common shares.
