It's great news that they're finally diverging. Going forward, software service companies will likely be most appropriately valued at a PE of around 10.

Eventually, both above mentioned co needs more revenue from enterprises and to offer up more functionality and hence acquiring FIG makes sense, will see how this plays out. Good Luck
