a good month for me... took a little profit here n there... did miss a number of new highs... but don't want to repeat last rounds asking myself why didn't I sell and the stocks turned red. the cup is never full.
my 2 heaviest traded stock, day trading but as my qty is low, profit not high but can cover daily basic meals in hawker/coffee shop.
not profitable, don't expect dividends. lots of contracts signed. not sure if will hv more losses from employee's secret dealing.

Friday 20 Sep saw a sharp reversal for various S-REITSs which turned my $FRASERS CENTREPOINT TRUST (J69U.SG)$ and $Mapletree Ind Tr (ME8U.SG)$ red. I will be sharing the case for my Frasers Centrepoint Trust below.
I had originally entered at what I thought was a good entry point based on the pullback on 4 Sep.
The reversal on Friday was however so drastic that it rolled back the clock to the prices (2.70) during its momentum run up after the 5 Aug Japanese market ...

I could either sell and cut loss or average down. I’m glad I made the right choice. But why did I decide to do so? This was because reit ...

Dear fellow investors, I just want to share my investment approach, do pardon my ignorance.
Some time in April, I read that the US Fed had been intending to lower interest rates and this would benefit reits so I researched about reits and decided to invest into the 3 Mapletree Trusts. Then I applied the following strategy.
1) I decided that I would put $60000 into each trust to spread out the exposure to different property types.
2) Next I divided my $180000...

Imagine getting paycheck on regular basis - that's the joy of dividend investing. The very first book I read on dividend investing is "The Complete Dividend Investing Guide That Works!" by KC Chong. KC Chong is the very same author of another best selling book of "The Complete Value Investing Guide That Works!".
