David Zimm : all this says is that stocks that already made huge moves were trimmed because their outperformance resulted in outsized weighting of portfolios. stocks that have more room to appreciate are not overwheighing same portfolios yet. to illustrate this point, NVDA was 1% of portfolio 5 years ago, became 10% of same portfio thanks to massive price appreciation and was trimmed back to 6% - does this mean its under owned?!
