Histogram:  -0.0025
Interpretation:
MACD Line is slightly above the Signal Line but still negative. This means that while the trend is bearish, there might be some minor signs of slowing down. However, since both values are below zero, it is still indicative of a bearish trend.
I don't know if I am the one with wrong understanding that negative signal is uptrend
