Danodanc : Exactly! it's just like any other business setting the big remove the small. the market has been ridiculously unpredictable the last 3 months doing the exact opposite of what it really should be doing. now that makes sense except for the fact that they know how to set the bear and bull traps and they're getting better and better at it.

Danodanc : I bought in a call option this morning before the FOMC meeting based on the unchanged inflation narrative that was being reported. 1 hour after the meeting that option was down $450. And not even once did I consider selling it. Logic told me that "unchanged" means exactly that "UNCHANGED". My prediction was 635 after the meeting / 640 after close and approximately 645ish at tomorrows open. So far I'm spot on.
But be very careful because historically August and September have proved to be a decline period for this fund. The last 3 years in particular were very much in the red.
