Chris Elkin : I have been using the news to my advantage!  in a semi panic stock market Crypto seem to do better as investors tend to take more risk when stable investments tend to decline in value.  
During all this uncertainty,  I have been taking advantage of the decline in cost in crypto to offset my addition purchasing cost by buying more so I can see a return on my investments sooner rather than later.  Using the buy low sell high simple strategy will work for me as I feel we will all benefit from a big upswing in Crypto beginning in March and peeking in May.  Costs in Crypto are below the stable line looking at the past weak and curenty are starting to return to a state 9f normalcy which I think is an advantage for any investor big or small.
