$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ I think will get a direct offering. hopefully Adam Aron can get a good price for his dilution especially if the shorts have to have the shares. if he sells them at 240 or up he might be able to pay off all the debt

AA was pretty clear in his letter, and in his interviews, we will know after everything is done Monday.
