I. How to determine the trend of stock price movement using Bollinger Bands.
1) The Bollinger Band guides the trend of stock price movement.
In most cases, Bollinger Bands are constructed based on the 20-day moving average. This means that the middle band of the Bollinger Bands indicator is a 20-day moving average, while the upper and lower bands are formed by adding or subtracting two standard deviations from the 20-day moving average. Therefore, the trend of the Bollinger Bands channel bears some resemblance to the movement of the 20-day moving average to a certain extent.
When the Bollinger Bands channel tilts upward to the right, it indicates that the stock price is in an upward trend; conversely, it suggests that the stock price is in a downward trend, and traders should avoid trading in such situations.

During this period, the stock price experienced a wave of upward momentum at the observation point identified by the standard, with the Bollinger Bands showing a pronounced upward tilt to the right.
