$National Storage REIT(NSR.AU)$ it's great with the rental increases being every 6 months but for now long will that hold? customers will forfeit this prospect and find it disheartening between it all. they don't see the same between housing and storage as a rental/more complex than what it is. don't see the growth being experiential to what is needed. hopefully they don't over due their loans and debt ratio.

$Bank First(BFC.US)$ this stock looks to be on a healthy increase, including dividends, will be slowly investing in this one for 7 years. expected $125+ a pop easy. Definitely invest now while you can.

$Instacart(Maplebear)(CART.US)$ lots of insider selling, including the CEO before revenue reports that are coming. saying that, I'm going to be selling if such a drop occurs of 8%. doesn't look too good from the inside so far 🧐🧐

$AT&T(T.US)$ down to 14 in June then to 20 in early August I believe as per Dividend history.
