$The Toronto-Dominion Bank(TD.CA$ has had a slew of bad news that is making investors stay away because of uncertainty. For example, the anti-money-laundering processes and fines have unknown future costs.
However, these things will pass and they are still fundamentally a very strong and profitable business. You can either wait for these issues to pass and try to time it to ride the price back upwards, or you can buy in cheaper and wait until they can get past these problems. If I was not at my...

Nowadays I find myself pretty much fully vested in US stocks in my TFSA to be honest.
I don't even follow the Canadian markets since it's all boring banks and resources and grocery/telecom oligopolies and it's so lame in comparison to the tech growth we're seeing in the US.
Is there anything wrong with investing totally in US equities and leaving zero Canadian exposure? $The Toronto-Dominion Bank(TD.CA$ $BCE Inc(BCE.CA$ $Canopy Growth Corp(WEED.CA$ $VANGUARD INVESTMENTS CANADA INC S&P 500 INDEX ETF(VFV.CA$

Hi all, apologies for the room temperature IQ question. I've focused most investing in Canadian based ETFs rather than in $Invesco QQQ Trust(QQQ.US$ , $SPDR S&P 500 ETF(SPY.US$ etc.
I wanted to ask about investing in stocks that are on the NYSE versus the CAD Hedged stock that appears.

$BCE Inc(BCE.CA$ 's troubles are compounded by recent developments. On March 11, S&P Global downgraded BCE's outlook from stable to negative, citing concerns over elevated debt ratios of 3.5 times and escalating competition, which could potentially curtail the company's financial flexibility. This downgrade triggered a 9% decline in BCE stock. The debt ratio indicates that BCE's long-term debt is 3.5 times its adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).

$BCE Inc(BCE.CA$ Investors are closely monitoring the trajectory of BCE as the stock continues its downward trend into its second year. The telecommunications company has faced a barrage of challenges, including high interest rates, substantial capital spending on 5G infrastructure, intensified competition due to industry consolidation, declining data prices, and regulatory disputes. This tumultuous environment has driven BCE stock from its peak of over $73 in April 2022 to a 10-year low of ar...
