The talk about a decline due to all positive factors being priced in is utter nonsense. Just because positive factors have been fully accounted for doesn’t equate to negative factors taking over; the stock could simply stay flat, especially since the earnings report exceeded expectations. A 2% compression in profit leading to a 20% drop in stock price is utterly absurd—would a 10% drop in profit mean the stock price would go to zero? The sharp decline in stock price and minor flaws in the earnings report are completely unrelated, there’s no need to overanalyze or read too much into it.

When business intend to increase their future capex, from accounting view that can see as a leverage.
So at the very moment when majority is doubting AI, such action does not favor them. Because this is risky for business even though it comes with potential high reward. That is why investors are avoidng it
