$HUB Cyber Security(HUBC.US$ tiger beer selling price 14.2 but PIPE investor has the advantage to buy in bulk with discounted price at 10 ! during the merged they fck up with the RS and the price going down 1+ maybe lead to pipe investor unhappy. Now the company has convinced the pipe investor to make commitment to the investment so I think there is some discussion on going with them.
