I'm thinking if it drops lower than .20, those positions are increasing. if it ends up popping from there. could mean they are covering. that does not mean we would see a massive jump if they do end up covering due to the float being much higher. all in all, this range from .2-.3 is crucial for the shorts. NFA . Just a crazy man that looks from all angles.
