If they were part of any volume then they're not HODLers.  A lot of that high volume is all of the creditors dumping their share when they know the price was as high as it was going to get. This is going back to 70¢ and lower until they're bankrupt, which won't take long considering they're out of cash and don't have any real revenue to speak of coming in. No cash coming in unless they can sell new shares.

71535617 iamiam: FYI - DEF has absolutely nothing to do with the price of oil. It is not an oil derivative, nor is it a diesel additive. It doesn't go into the diesel tanks and never even touches the diesel fuel.  It's sprayed on the exhaust gas to convert harmful emissions into harmless nitrogen and water.
It's scarcity has nothing to do with oil or the price of oil. While supplies of DEF may be low, production can be ramped up if necessary fairly easily. DEF is 32.5% urea (which is a fertilizer) and 67.5% deionized water. Oil is not a raw material. Many diesels engines still in use today do not require DEF. Only those made since 2010 in the US require it. But even those newer vehicles can hacked/altered to operate without DEF if absolutely necessary bypassing the sensor, installing a chip or device to trick the vehicle's ECU, its computer, into the thinking the DEF system is running fine with the tank filled, or by removing the whole def system.

Producers typically sell the oil right away. It's already sold before it comes out of the ground. If it's cheaper, it gets bought faster. Refineries would stock up and simply pay to store it.

- $43M+ in stock to employees in 2021. It only has 45 employees. An avg of almost $1M/ea on top of regular salary, benefits, etc.
- 10s of millions in stock to “vendors & consultants”
- most shares were issued after price spiked, then dumped, price tanks again.
- “The Company has employed an immediate family member of Ms. Lisa King in a non-executive officer position since January 2022. Ms. King’s family member is paid an annual salary of $125,000.” Who’s this officer & what’re they doing to justify that salary? Well run companies have policies against nepotism & unless it started off as a family business, you almost never see it.
- $110M for 80% Lomotif, way more than it’s worth. Never provided any valuation or analysis that justified the price. They haven’t even been able to monetize it. It’s unproven, not established, 3rd rate tiktok knock off, behind many others trying to compete with tiktok. Farnsworth & Zash already had a failed tiktok app with Triller. Look it up. So who got all that money? Same people running the company & their friends.
- In 2021, paid Zash, & Farnsworth, $3.5 million for “performing certain management functions”. Millions for outside management when in-house management is already pd millions.
- $1.5M loan @ 3% to Magnifi U. Who’s the founder & CEO of that company? Lisa King. Can’t find a better use of their money than a BS self-help guru startup?
King is Farnsworth’s lackey, came from Zash. Ferguson saw the writing on the wall, resigned & took Ferguson Containers w/ him. FC being separated is a requirement for the Zash merger. Incidentally FC is one of the only businesses that was profitable.
