Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) and $Digital World Acquisition Corp(DWAC.US)$ have entered into a definitive merger agreement, reported in a press release on 20 Oct 2021.
What happen next, is that, in the past two trading days, $Digital World Acquisition Corp(DWAC.US)$ have rocket from USD 10+ per share to, at one point, USD 175 per share, in a series of circuit breakers!
In the TMTG PowerPoint slides (you may download the PDF version here), the company will have a competitive structure, to compete with FAANG ( $Facebook(FB.US)$, $Amazon(AMZN.US)$, $Apple(AAPL.US)$, $Netflix(NFLX.US)$, $Alphabet-C(GOOG.US)$ ) and other companies such as $Disney(DIS.US)$.
However, Trump comeback may not be just the merge of TMTG and DWAC only.
