$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$ Current Spot:$420.44
Regime:Positive Gamma (Stabilizing)
Expiration Focus:February 13, 2026
Magnet Dynamics:MSFT is currently "engulfed" by the$420 Call Wall. Because we are in a high-positive gamma environment, dealers are actively selling into this strength to maintain neutrality. This creates a "glass ceiling" that requires significant volume to shatter.
Gamma Stability:The distance between the current spot ($420.44) and the Gamma Flip ($411.50) is healthy. Th...

$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$The Scenario:Currently, MSFT is at$414.12.Dealers are "Long Gamma" here, which is stabilizing. However, if a sudden burst of buying power pushes MSFTabove $415, the dealers who sold those calls will suddenly find their "Delta" skyrocketing.
The Result:To stay neutral, they would have to buy millions of shares of MSFT instantly. This would likely catapult the stock toward the next concentration at$417.50or$420.00very quickly.

$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$ this is not good, read it.
Microsoft has seen short interest jump by 20% this year, while Oracle has experienced a 10% increase, according to S3 data. Broadcom and Amazon have also seen rising short interest levels.
Gross noted that Microsoft typically "behaves like a reversal stock, with shorts covering on the way down," but the current situation is different. "Now it is trading like a momentum-driven, distressed name, with shorts increasing into weakness," he said.

$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$ if spending more is a problem, wait till when the spending is scaled back, you run out of money or customers? why aren't you spending like so and so? that, my friends, will be the doomsday scenario. before that, everybody has to spend, call it credibility signaling or game theory, to keep the music going. msft has the cash flow to support the spend, Amazon feels like it is betting the farm on this one. I doubled my msft position today.

Bought at 412, currently at 409-410, watching for market reaction. If the general consensus is that the bottom is 380, I might add to my position around 390-400. Not planning to sell yet. Holding long-term.
