So $General Motors(GM.US$ is up 10% because they have instituted a share buyback and increased their dividend. I'll admit that sounds great!
But let's take a deeper look. They also lowered the top end of their guidance by 7%, effectively ceased all investment in autonomy, and indicated that the new labor deal will add $3/kWh to their battery costs.
