• GreenerOP 知足不能常乐: The platform that they used was always designed to build their own cars and cars for other manufacturers on their platform. That's another reason why they used magna to build their cars instead of building them in house. any car manufacturer could have designed a car with the features they wanted to have. send it to magna and poof their cars could have been built in large scale. It was kind of brilliant actually. They even produce one of the best batteries on the market. If you look at what Nissan is dumping 400 billion dollars into trying to do for themselves. It aligns perfectly with FSR (N). Nissan wants 25 to 30 EV's and hybrid vehicles by 2026. They want to produce their own batteries in multiple countries. They want to be the top EV manufacturer by 2030. I don't care how much money you throw at that idea. unless you buy a company with a huge head start you're not accomplishing 25 different cars in less than 2 years. They also want to produce the cheapest EV's on the market. Fisker has the cheapest EV's on the market. If you combine that with the United States government offering a $7800 per car rebate. And the fact that Nissan has three manufacturing plants in the United States. and the United States is 40% of Nissan's total market. It's really a no-brainer. I'm sure Nissan wanted to get the best price possible. some of the weird things you've seen happen with Fisker since the beginning of the year. was probably a direct result of some heavy negotiations. in the end the best way Nissan can get the best deal possible is to shake out as much retail investors as they can. And that's what we're seeing right now. another fun observation is that Renault is sitting around 16 billion market cap. Nissan is sitting just a little over 14 billion market cap. those two companies usually sit 50/50. after the purchase of FSRN which currently sits at a 2 billion market cap they'll be equal again.

• GreenerOP 知足不能常乐: more than ever. the share holders meeting being cancelled is much better. that was one part that didn't make any sense to me. that was announced weeks ago though. nice to know they are still tying up loose ends. it's also proof that whoever is in charge wants this stock as low as possible and wants as many retail investors out as possible. it's one thing to not defend a stock in a silent period it's a different thing to purposely do thing to damage the company. notice the 137 financial institutions that bought millions of shares on December 30th 2023 aren't selling a single stock. and they bought between $1.73 and $1.94. if anyone was wondering how they got this stock under 2¢, that's how. they have been getting paid to lend those shares to the shorts for almost 5 months. they will more than triple their money in a few weeks also. the question is. who told them???? my guess is they are in Japan.

Renault? they were aquared or merged with someone. that was Henry's objective and the bases of his business model. to supply the market with an inexpensive platform to produce other manufacturers cars on. Nissan has vowed to be the largest Eevee manufacturer by 2030. They want to reveal 20 to 30 EV and hybrid vehicles in the next year and a half. acquiring a company's platform that is already designed to put other models of cars on with the longest range and so far most reliable battery on the market. Nissan also said they want to open their own battery manufacturing plant. everything Nissan is trying to do alliance with what Fisker is already doing. And let's not forget to mention the elephant in the room. why did Fisker put an (N) at the end of their ticker? when this deal is made and all this fake inaccurate and misleading news is gone. All of this evidence is going to be so obvious. It was in front of our faces the whole time. But if you believe there's some other alternative? please I would love to hear it.

I'm just pointing out what would be obvious without all the noise. big money and shorts know FSRN is in a quiet period and they are taking full advantage of that. here is more information. if you follow Nissan they were supposed to release their earnings report on the 9th. they still haven't released it. my guess is it might show a big purchase or partnership. I'm expecting we won't see it for at least a couple more weeks. now John Dubel either bought shares or was paid in shares of FSRN. more proof they aren't in bankruptcy. he is the best in his expertise. he would have demanded cash upfront if it was going to end badly.

• GreenerOP : be careful with those though. even though them owning stock is a good thing in the end. They often lend those shares out to shorts in the meantime. they have been making money off those shares for awhile now. what I find more interesting and even a better sign was the 137 different financial institutions that bought shares on December 30th 2023. I think this deal has been in the works since the last earnings report was late. I think a deal was reached near the end of last year or the beginning of this year. All insiders were given shares on the 5th of January. the price dropping was most likely part of Nissan's plan from the beginning. FSR stock price started to drop dramatically around the middle of October. right before the Q3 earnings report was late. Nissan wants to buy them as cheap as possible. what's the biggest expense? shareholders!

Someone tipped off 137 different banks and hedge funds to buy stocks. they have made a ton of money shorting the stock and doing all the work of forcing out retail investors and making the purchase price cheaper for Nissan. for the insiders that are all holding to not get screwed the share prices of both companies will need to be relatively close in price regardless of buyout, acquisition, or merger. if you haven't noticed Nissan has been getting bad press and their stock price has been dropping. probably going to get worse now that their earnings report is late. now where have we heard that game plan used? right before they announce the acquisition FSRN will have to do something to raise the share price. my guess is a buy back with all the money they find that was never lost to begin with. that money belongs to Nissan at this point anyways and better benefits them as stock. they will flush out the majority of the rest retail after price goes up just in time to announce the acquisition and drive price way up high. and retail that sold gets screwed again Insiders get richer and Nissan gets off cheap. I recommend holding it for a while.

• GreenerOP : the acquisition didn't happen last week. if that were the case I would have to agree with you. it most likely was agreed upon in January while things were still good. now they are in a silent period and can't defend themselves. not that they would anyway. the aquarium company most likely Nissan wants to shake out as many investors as possible before the announcement day. they get it cheaper that way. less people to pay. the silent period should be over soon. I will continue to buy the dips.
