C w6 jimmy awesome: Just going to be real with you, the current price is not based on fundamentals and company growth. We are already well into a squeeze territory. I am not saying it's squeezing currently but a small percent of shorts covering is what pushed the price to here and holding the float while waiting for more to cover is what's keeping it from falling. which basically means good news or bad news at the theater is already not going to be the dominating reason for the price to move. What you really want to see is shorts covering, interest increases or new laws passing.

C w6 : The sec is essentially a sleeping giant, it's not that they don't exist or won't do anything but they require real evidence to do anything and are not the most active in hunting for it. I don't know why you are so worried though, it's not like it matters. They will cover sooner or later and as long as they don't have the shares on hand to do so you will get paid.

C w6 KING of TRADEOP: This is technically true, I don't believe you could get any money in damages though and you can't file criminal complaints. You would essentially be hoping for payment in the form of punitive damages and realistically financially probably not a good idea. If you care more about trying to be a thorn due to your disagreement with them, then at the very least you could absolutely file a suit.

C w6 : no one truly knows, you will see a lot of people posting that obviously don't have a clue how market cap works nor how the required buying pressure actually goes through but in absolute truth it's not something predictable and never has been.

C w6 Newcleuz: I want to mention this specifically about your comment, How much another stock cost is not apples to apples. You have to look at overall market cap as companies with extremely high prices often have extremely limited shares and the fewer the shares the easier for the price to increase, hence why stockholders Don't like dilution.
You can believe this will go to 100k if you want, I disagree but I'm not here to make people agree with me but at the very least please understand you can't compare stocks from one company directly to another just on price alone.
