Andrew Noaker knowledgeispowerfulOP: How did you buy a deep in the money $25 call. I checked Robinhood and that position is about $20k. Im just trying to figure everything out with your strategy. I'm trying to get this going this week. I'm gonna figure it out. I've been rereading your posts and putting all the pieces of the puzzle together.

Andrew Noaker knowledgeispowerfulOP: Okay so this is what I've gathered so far, correct me if I'm wrong. So you sold 3 contracts of 240 short Put and then got assigned. Then, had 3 contracts of 280 long put from the spread. Then, sold the 280 long when I shares came in. Then, created the butterfly trade. You bought one 25 long call and two short 55 puts and one long 85 call. Had 38k in cash and one hundred shares. That would require about 45k so you used the cash and sold some shares of Baba to cover the 7k needed for the 200 shares from the short position, leaving you with 15k profit in BABA shares.

Andrew Noaker : Okay, so after reviewing the screenshot and remembering what you said. It looks like one 25 long call and short 55 call and long 85 call. I also noticed that there is long 70 call and short 80 call and short 55 call and short 60 call. I remember you said you exercised the 25 long call twice which means you repeated the butterfly but I only see two more 25 calls as void. I also noticed two more credit spreads that were expiring on Jan 11. I'm just trying to put this altogether. I wanna make the trades today and exercise one contract tomorrow like you did. I only have 800 of buying power right now though.

Andrew Noaker : Yes Sir. I put the Options on trade first thing in the morning. I widened the butterfly like you said and kept the 240 long put.

$GigCapital3 Inc(GIK.US)$ this is still a rather unknown company most people don't even know about the fact that they are similar to workhorse they do commercial size EV vehicles emission free so I think it's going to be a great little investment when the market catches on

Averaging article

I found this information useful and wanted to share it. Lately I have been the avg down (dummy), I guess you would say, but I will say it has been working for me as of late. After reading this article it has me thinking a bit differently for sure. I have plenty of stocks I could average up in, instead of trying to find the next stock that will make a run.

$Alibaba(BABA.US)$ well guys I told you about a trade and I also told you that I could do it on Tesla so I end up doing it on an Alibaba since I was so highly invested already and here are my results take a look just Robin Hood remember it only had $3,000 in it and this is what I did within one week

$Alibaba(BABA.US)$ the more it drops the more I buy my account is starting to look like Alibaba is my only investment I probably have too much money invested in them but it's one of the best investments on market right now I don't mind holding it

Tesla/ if you do this trade I guarantee a massive return don't attempt it if you don't understand

$Tesla(TSLA.US)$ I've been working on a new strategy and it's a way to use credit spreads the best way you can because it has very little capital of your own tied into it and a massive return and the way that I start the trade I'm going to February 19th and I'm going to buy a 350 call option I'm going to sell a 300 I'm doing 10 contracts total cost of you right now would be $40 per contract the credit given pays for the rest and then I'm going to January 15th and I'm going to buy a 800 put option and I'm going to sell the same strike price 800 put for January 8th making it a calendar spread and I'm also going to do 10 contracts of each on this spread now this is what will happen we are intending purposely to get assigned on that short January 8th 800 strike price and we're not intending on exercising our long position offset instead what we're doing we are selling it at a short date in order to get assigned quickly and when that happens you're going to receive $5,000 on the call spread that you entered times 10 it's $50,000 now when you get assigned on that short position you're going to have a thousand shares so instantly it's going to dr...
