What do we need for MOASS?
Undeniable Fact: Hedge funds have enormous liabilities for taking money, without conveying the ownership they had credited to investors’ accounts.
(Citadel alone $65bn, way understated, not taking into account that any attempt at purchasing will skyrocket demand and prices.)
Sole excuse: Share Borrowing! Debunk the lie that share borrowing should legally allow for the taking of money for purporting to convey ownership that they don’t own - and they have to purchase th...

MOASS Mayhem
I’ve been here since the beginning and I’ve been puzzled and simply baffled by things that have happened pertaining to AMC and the wider general market. It’s been a wild ride.
However, I’m struck by a different kind of confusion today. How on earth has the price action been so lack luster? The MOASS should’ve started by now. Or at least that’s what I thought. Max cost to borrow is at 905%. Average cost to borrow is 643%. Insane volume bought and held by retail. SEC coming after Cita...

Thoughts on GIS (General Mills)
I bought about $1,000 worth or shares the other day (sizeable portion of my account). I noticed it had recently had a 15% fall based on last quarters earnings. However, looking at them more it doesn’t look like they were all that bad. Stock just recently bounced right off its 200 Day MA, is holding about its 5 Day MA, and looking over the last several years has only dipped below its 200 Day MA for BRIEF amounts of time. Seems like a slam dunk time to buy in. I’ve b...

Selling everything before fed speech, then buying back cheaper?
Market tanked last time and Powell of course will be hawkish after that market rally.
So markets of course will tank and you can easily buy back a few hours or a day later.
What do you think about that? Its like free win. $S&P 500 index(.SPX.US$$Nasdaq Composite Index(.IXIC.US$$Dow Jones Industrial Average(.DJI.US$

The Bull Market has Started… (NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE)
I hate to say it, but I was WRONG. I have been a bear since June of 2022; however, I have now realized that the bull market has started and left me behind for a few different reasons.
1.If we were to head to a recession this would be the MOST anticipated recession of ALL time. How does that even make sense? It doesn’t… recessions are supposed to take people by surprise and cause chaos… nothing chaotic is going on, literally no one is panicking

Intel: Our Top Pick For 2023 Is Another Undervalued Company The Market Hates
$Intel(INTC.US$$Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3x Shares ETF(SOXL.US$
Intel has renewed government support behind the company, which could provide it billions in capital.
The company has the benefit of being able to focus on new nodes rather than ramping up capacity like other manufacturers.

TSMC: Riding Tailwinds In 2023
TSMC is up 41% since our last buy rating in October. We continue to be bullish on TSMC, expecting the company to recover meaningfully toward 2H23.
TSMC continues to dominate the foundry space as the go-to supplier of high-performance chips; hence, we expect the company to benefit from demand tailwinds as the semi-space rebounds.
We expect the company to benefit from ASP increases on advanced node transitions toward the end of 2023 and increased adoption of advanced ...

I Think I've Finally Figured Out What AA Is Doing
By allowing a scenario where APE can be arbitraged against AMC, the "legitimate" supply of AMC shares available to shortsellers has completely dried up. The demand is through the roof.
Just check around, StonkOTracker, iBorrowDesk, the fees are over 100% and there are hardly any shares to borrow. This means that Citadel and Virtu cannot sell back and forth to each other to continually drive the price down, UNLESS they are creating naked shorts in...

Why not reverse split APE?
APE was supposed to present everyone who had legitimate or legally purchased stocks of AMC a 1:1 split-dividend, and therefore the idea was that it would expose shorts.
There were initially reported issues of certain brokers unable to fill those split-dividends, and cashed out their investors, and some could not locate them. I don't recall how these were resolved.
I continued to purchase both AMC and APE, more with APE being more affordable in the event of it's conver...
