It's interesting that nobody seems to talk about growth in debt. Based on ABS data, lending for housing increased 13% in the past year. Personal loans increased 12%. Amazingly, business construction loans grew a whopping 22%.
Seems like people are still borrowing like there is no tomorrow and are undeterred by current interest rates.

$BHP Group Ltd(BHP.AU$ With a surge of 2%, it's like a rocket shooting straight up!
Watching the stock price climb higher and higher, my mood is skyrocketing along with it!
As a proud shareholder of BHP, I can't help but feel elated.
This momentum is like a testament to my wise decision in choosing the right stock for wealth growth. Hahaha, keep it up, BHP! 😎😎

Earlier this morning I was on TickerTV, which is screened online and accross Apple TV, Samsung TV, LG TV and more.
I spoke about CATL's innovation in dropping battery prices, giving batteries greater milage (up to 1,000km range) and charging in 10 minutes and under. And how it will change the EV market forever.
And as result, once the new batteries are release, EV makers will be able to mass-produce EVs at far cheaper prices, wh...

I am certainly not rushing to buy ,
I was buying in one portfolio during this debacle ( and reducing after the S32 demerger ).
The other portfolio has a smaller holding , but am willing to average down in that portfolio , as i think the 'mining super cycle is waning and BHP despite the current management will survive the coming downturn.
( I am buying BHP as a 'survival stock')
I think Buffet has a quote about great companies that can survive poor management. $BHP Group Ltd(BHP.US$

We are doing the ASX share market game, and falling behind miserably, making no profit and our stocks going down everyday. We thought that maybe if we chose stocks that have been going down, they had nothing to lose and would eventually go up. Obviously, this is a bad strategy. Advice? Examples of which stocks we should invest in over the next few days? Talking abt the game btw not the actual share market. Help needed. What are some winning stategies $S&P/ASX 200(.XJO.AU$ $S&P/ASX 200 OPIC(OXJO.AU$
