On February 16, 2023, WOLFPACK released a short-selling report on the insurance company GSHD, accusing it of high failure rates among franchisees, exhausted growth momentum, management cash-outs, and related-party transactions. After a brief adjustment of three days, the company announced its earnings report, which then triggered a doubling in share price over the next six months.
Common tactics of WOLFPACK
The company usually releases reports when the stock price is at a high point or during major events such as mergers and acquisitions. Its reports often carry a strong personal tone, use aggressive language, and pay close attention to details such as government contracts, executive backgrounds, and related-party transactions.

$Churchill Capital Corp X (CCCX.US)$ $Rigetti Computing (RGTI.US)$ $D-Wave Quantum (QBTS.US)$ $Quantum Computing (QUBT.US)$ $IonQ Inc (IONQ.US)$
An article I wrote yesterday on another platform ~
A brief discussion on quantum technology
Small-cap stocks have been performing poorly over the past few months, with risk aversion clearly evident. This is due to the recent leadership change at the Federal Reserve, coupled with various international situations and a major blow to gold, silver, and Bitcoin. The quantum sector has also been extremely sluggish.
First, we can look at the chart. Over the past three months, quantum stocks have suffered significant losses. As the most speculative company built on flashy presentations, RGTI unsurprisingly reached the maximum decline of -68.8%, while Infleqtion, which had the smallest drop, still lost half its value. I’ve previously explained why Infleqtion is so resilient—it boasts excellent technology and, being currently structured as a SPAC, it has a floor price of $10. Its stock price cannot fall below this level before the merger is completed, making it increasingly resistant to further declines. Recently, along with the downturn in the quantum sector, it dropped from $19, which I mentioned a few days ago, to $14—a short-term pullback I explicitly warned about.
Setting aside QCI, which used to sell beverages, as well as D-Wave, which serves specific scenarios, and the leading company IonQ, RGTI and Infleqtion are converging in valuation just as I anticipated. From a peak market cap difference of nearly $11 billion to...

There was a time when all I wanted was to earn just a little extra, enough to offset my weekly petrol bills. A few hundred dollars a month felt like a big win back then. I remember scrolling through forums, reading stock news, dabbling in side hustles, and convincing myself that every small step counted.
It did.
Those early days were not about the money, they were about discipline and curiosity. I learned to research before buying, to cut emotions o...
