$Seatrium(S51.SG)$ Twenty to one is only $1.6, and the market value is just over 3 billion dollars. Temasek bought it by plucking a dime. There are also tens of billions of dollars of contracts in the future.
Will it become zero? It's going to go out of business, joke. It won't fall! What else are you afraid of?

$Indofood Agri(5JS.SG)$ This stock is worth a look. Trading volume is super low hence to be treated as a fix deposit counter and buyerd must be prepared to hold long term and not let the owner shake you loose. PE and PB is SEVERELY undervalued. Estimated 85% owned by Largest Shareholder hence a very high potential that this stock will be GO by him since share price is severely under value and he just need a bit more. Cost of remaining listed in SGX is higher and he will be restricted by regulati...

SG market looks like a dead cat. US rallying so long bubble so big but SGX is just status quo. Where are all our BBs? Although many of our shares are trading above its fair value, there's still so much room for bubble play

Seatrium Aims for a Return on Equity of More Than 8% by 2028: 5 Highlights from its Latest Investor Day
The slides are quite ok actually but for them to talk about EBITDA touched a raw nerve since Amortization and Depreciation is real and for them with such high debt interest payment will be pretty high too

Hot stock: Seatrium falls as much as 11.2% amid heavy trading
Extracts from the article. DYODD.  I never trust analysts' TP.
"DBS Group Research on Monday cut its FY2024-25 profit forecasts for Seatrium by 13 to 16 per cent, after factoring in updates from the offshore and marine group’s Investor Day presentation on Friday.
Seatrium’s management guided for a revenue target of S$10 billion to S$12 billion by 2028, impl...

I dont see a stronger balance sheet based on the last issue. Company is just piling debts after debts like US government's infinite borrowings. But US has the Fed to save them, will Temasek save them or let it die after selling their renewable tech like letting Hyflux die after they sold their desalination plant? I do not want to guess Seatrium's borrowing costs but it should be quite high due to risky balance sheet and current rate environment. It will come as no surprise tha...

Lim & Tan has a buy on Dyna-Mac with a tp of $0.45.
Dyna-Mac stands as a prominent frontrunner amidst the ongoing supercycle in the O&G industry, poised to capitalize on the anticipated prolonged industry upswing. With a focused expertise in topside module fabrication for FPSOs, Dyna-Mac has not only clinched substantial orders but has also expanded its operational capacity to fulfill its burgeoning order book. They expect further even more contract wins, margin expansion and ...

    $CityDev(C09.SG)$
I agree with most of writer's point except that we cannot trade a stock based on RNAV and that CDL's current valuation based on latest Balance Sheet is below its current share price. Furthermore, CDL's operating is dismal at best and its high debt/gearing is really an alarm bell esp in such a high interest rate environment though rates should come down soon but it will probably still hover at quite a high level. I am not sure if Sherman is a bright business man and we cannot bl...

Sats sells US military contractor unit, to book net proceeds of US$45.6 million
Thats a step in the right direction. The disposable amount is extremely negligible but entire US operations is running on extremely low profit margin and its really good to offload their assets there since risk reward there is bad
