Cpi on Wednesday, PPi on Thursday. The stock market should fluctuate in the range of 5350-5560 according to my system. The biggest risk now is stagflation. Economic decline but inflation remains high. If these conditions really occur, the Fed will be unable to cope. Stocks are expected to reach 4900. However, because of the upcoming election, some adjustments may be made to tomorrow's and the day after tomorrow's data. The market won't drop too sharply. So 5350 should be the low point for September.
If Tsla doesn't fall below the 213 level in the next few days, the trend will become bullish, with a target of 243 to fill the gap. If it falls below 213-215, the trend will become bearish, with a target below 200.
Small stocks are quite risky now. Both upst and afrm have dropped significantly. If stagflation arrives, the stock market falls by 20 percent, these stocks will fall by 60 percent. It's not advisable to be fully invested in small stocks. To make money, one has to run. In the past two weeks, I recommend pfe and vz, both of which are doing well.
