ESR-Logos REIT (ESR-Logos REIT) increased its dividend per unit (DPU) in the second half of fiscal year 2022 by 7.5% year over year to 1.54 points, thanks to increased earnings.
The total revenue of trusts in the second half of FY2022 rose 61% year on year to 195.6 million yuan; net real estate revenue (NPI) increased 64% year on year to 141.5 million yuan. In addition, distributable revenue also increased 79.6% year over year, jumping from 57.6 million yuan to 103.5 million yuan.
Looking at the whole year, the total revenue of trusts in FY2022 rose 42.3% year on year to 343.2 million yuan; dividend per unit rose 0.4% to 3 points; and distributable revenue rose 54.8% to 177.1 million yuan.
