I put a total of 1k, but after closure and cash coupon calculation, not sure amount is given is not even $1? it feels like a 'scam' reward to draw new users to the app?

I started subscribing to $Fullerton SGD Cash Fund(SG9999005961.MF$
when moomoo offered SGD 90 cashback for starting a Regular Savings Plan (RSP) of at least SGD100. In total, I placed SGD500. There was another SGD8.80 cash coupon for investing at least SGD100 in any fund so I subscribed another S$100.

The 5.8% promotion is so confusing, I deposited more than 50k and bought 9 trades, but nothing happened after 2 days, checked with customer service via WhatsApp and only told me it seems I did not sign up but I remember I signed up before and this time I just clicked on the deposit button to deposit.
